We had a lovely stay at this cosy cottage set on a working farm close to a charming town. There was plenty of room for our group of six adults and our dog, which was great. The view from the hot tub was stunning, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Inside, the place was well kitted out and comfortable. The internet was a bit patchy, but given it's in rural Wales, not surprising. Our hosts were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home once they showed us around. We didn't need to bother them after that, everything was smooth sailing. If you're after a peaceful escape, you've found it!

We ended up buying more from the little shop in Lampeter, which was handy. The hot tub was definitely a highlight - so relaxing with a fantastic vantage point to watch the snow-covered hills, very picture postcard! The only letdown was the log fire being out of order, which was a bit of a shame since we'd been looking forward to that crackling fire. Gwen was really apologetic and even offered to move us next door, but we'd already unpacked and needed three bedrooms. She mentioned she'd told you, but I didn't receive any email about it. Still, overall, a lovely place to stay!
