I stayed here over the May Bank Holiday weekend with two friends and it was wonderful! The location is stunning with gorgeous views and so tranquil and quiet all you can hear is the nature around you! The layout of the house was perfect and it was super clean and tidy, all above our expectations! I would definitely consider visiting again and would love to come back with my family but we would need to be able to bring our dog and I don't think pets are allowed which is such a shame. I would highly recommend this house!

We really enjoyed our stay and it was one of the nicest places we have stayed. We really appreciated how well equipped it was. A couple of minor things were that the tumble dryer smelt very musty, we washed out the reservoir which improved this. The sofas and the double mattress weren't especially comfortable, perhaps they're nearing the end of their life. But generally it was great

Another glorious stay. We love the setting and the openplan living. The shower is one of the best weve ever had in a rental and the hot tub is always a hit.

Lovely cottage and friendly owners. The view is wonderful! The cottage is well finished and has a lovely feel Highlights are the kitchen, hot tub and space inside. Things to be aware of the WiFi does not connect tv apps or devices. The sofas are very low so getting up and down is a challenge, a cupboard or drawer for groceries would be useful and towels for the hot tub would help with some outside hooks.

Great stay and really nice cottage only 10 mins from the town centre. Only issue was finding the cottage. On the map on sykescottages app, the location icon is completely off and had us lost for an hour trying to find the cottage. To make matters worse there is barely any service to look online or call anyone so a bit of a mess there. Other than the map needing updating with more accuracy the stay was 1010

Had a lovely holiday at the farmhouse. Very clean, perfectly situated and great hosts. We've stayed in a few cottages in Wales and this is definitely one id recommend to anyone whether your adults alone or a family. The kids loved every minute and adults had time to relax and unwind. The views are absolutely amazing such a great location definitely due a return.

The property was absolutely stunning and completely exceeded our expectations. The location is easy to get to and beautiful. The owners of the property as lovely and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked for a longer period. We will definitely be back for sure! The only small feedback we would give was we were surprised the remaining 2 rooms both had 2 single beds. Which was absolutely fine for it being just the 2 of us, but if we were to bring other family members, one of the other rooms having a double bed would have been much more appealing.

Gorgeous location and very welcoming hosts. This property is absolutely wonderful, everything you need is provided for. There is a river pool a few hundred meters from the end of the garden, where we swam daily, it is idyllic. Comfy beds, great showers and the hot tub was amazing. We visited local eateries recommended by the owners which did not disappoint. Aberystwyth was close by and we canoed on the sea and down the river. There is lots to do locally and the property is really outstanding. We will definitely return and continue our adventures.

What a fantastic place to switch off and unwind! Inside, the house is modern, clean and comfortable. Outside is beautiful, green and peaceful. The hot tub was great after long walks, of which there are plenty nearby. The beds are incredibly comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The showers are nice and powerful. The kitchen was very well equipped. Our son loved the river which is accessible via some steps a short stroll from the house. He spent hours paddling, skimming stones and searching for insects. The owners were friendly and helpful and not at all intrusive. The place feels so rural and yet you are only a very short drive away from Aberystwyth where there are some good restaurants, supermarket etc. This was undoubtedly one of the best properties we have stayed at and we certainly hope to be back!

My wife and I along with 2 friends spent 3 nights in this property and we couldnt have asked for more. The property itself was beautiful and clean with everything we could have asked for. We mentioned to the owners we had recently got married and they went out of their way to buy us champagne which we thought was a wonderful touch. This is a beautifully built and warm house, with great specifications,in an excellent location, The river views from the house are spectacular and ever changing with the amount of rainfall. The area is one of outstanding beauty with lots of places to visit, all within a short distance. Watching the red kites feeding just down the road at Nant yr Arian was amazing. The house itself is very well equipped, and we coped easily with the diminished supply of crockery etc due to Covid 19. The hosts could not be more helpful, not intrusive but available if needed. I look forward to another holiday in this beautiful house.

Where to start, a beautiful setting for a truly wonderful cottage. It was fab, everything you could wish for and more, the hot tub was excellent, perfect setting looking out onto the river. Nothing but complete praise for the lovely owners who made us feel extremely welcome and have created a lovely place to completely chill and relax.
