Lovely accommodation with very attentive hosts. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The old schoolhouse is a beautiful building with lots of lovely touches throughout. We would definitely go back!

We are just home from, The Old School House. This house was truly wonderful. We had everything we needed. The Owner was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Emptied hot tub on request. Just wanted us to have a great time. My grandchildren cried when we left. The surrounding area was beautiful, plenty to things to do. A real find. Feel so lucky. Thank you doesn't seem enough. Amazing place.

5 adults, 1 child, weekend break for my wife's special birthday. Had a fantastic time. The Old School House was just amazing, the features and decor were brilliant, my wife felt at home being a school teacher! The hosts were fab, they certainly looked after us, nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen and large living area for us all. Great enclosed garden with a hot tub, which our granddaughter thought was just out of this world. Hot tub was heated by a log burner, a little patience was needed to get up to temperature, then it was great. Gas barbecue was on hand too, which we used due to the gorgeous weather. Great food can be found at the Boyne Arms, literally across the road, again the hosts were so accommodating. In my opinion, 3 bedrooms are great for 6 adults, any more, could be a squeeze on the sofa beds in the lounge. Beautiful countryside views and walks. Highly recommended, definitely will go back.
