A beautiful house & spotlessly clean. The children loved the things they could play on in the garden The tractors were a great hit with my grandson! We held a baby shower & decorated the garden. We filled the dining table with buffet food & it was ideal to have the patio doors open to take our plates outside to eat. We used the bbq hut to all sit round & play the baby shower games whilst eating sweets. We had an amazing day! We, as a large & getting larger family, go to Wales every year, & we can all recommend this spacious house. Absolutely loved it

We visited early May 2025, there was 12 of us. The property was well kept and the owner lived locally and was helpful and contactable throughout. The house was very spacious sitting next to a farm, was lovely to be out in the country, hear the animals throughout the day and the birds in the morning. We took two young children, they never got bored as there was so much space for them to play, especially outside. We always shut the gates to ensure their safety as next to a road. Hot tub was a big hit and we utilised the BBQ hut.
Probably the best short family break to date. The whole experience was fantastic, especially the hot tub and barbecue room. It was made extra special by the great weather, sun shone from start to finish, we all wanted to stay longer but had to leave due to working commitments. Hosts were great and gave us all the information we needed. Upon reflection its a ten out of ten from us all .

The holiday cottage is even bigger than the photos show. The host was lovely such a friendly and unassuming person! The property is beautiful and positioned perfectly. An easy 5 star rating, and for those lucky enough to have already booked youre in for a treat. The furnishings, hot tub and the Games room deserve a special mention! This holiday home has everything and more! ! The detail and finish of every room is beautiful and you can tell no expense has been spared. Saying that, i think the cost for our 2 night stay was really good! The house was the perfect place for 13 of us to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. The hot tub, BBQ hut and games room were all brilliant and meant that we didnt need to leave. We will be back

We had an amazing week! The house is beautiful and has everything you could need there. We were a party of 16 including kids, there was more than enough space for all of us and lots to do for everyone. Grounds are beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the play area. The house isnt too far from the town & beach either which was great. Owner is fantastic too, answered any questions we had and even left some welcoming touches for our stay. Definitely recommend and we hope to be booking again!

Absolutely beautiful property, which took our breath away upon arrival. Everything was of high quality and beautifully furnished. We were a family of 8 and everyone was over the moon. Plenty to do in the house, with pool table, darts, hot tub and the bbq hut. Plenty of bedrooms and quiet space if needed. The property boasts great outside space and was secure for the dogs to roam around. We met the host and her daughter, who were both lovely and very friendly. Recommended a lovely beach nearby to take the dogs, only 20 minutes in the car. Plenty of open space for the dogs to run about. Our holiday was truly relaxing and already looking to return next year. You will not be disappointed if you stay here

Stunning property, host was friendly and welcoming dispite us arriving early,we were welcomed and permitted to go in. Wow it was exactly as the pictures described, it just kept giving. We were given the bbq hut free as the on suite shower had been broken and was out of use. We use sion jones butchers as per fb and he didn't disappoint great meat. Have suggested a local knowledge book from owner. We visited Devils bridge, kite feeding station near Aberyswyth is a definate & Constitution hill. The games room is great and that is where we spent most of our time.
A clean and well maintained large spacious property with plenty of room and facilities for everyone. The hot tub, BBQ hut, and gamesbar room were a big hit and there was alway something to do and keep our family entertained. Set within a quiet rural location with a large garden and plenty of parking space and just a short drive into Aberystwyth and other coastal towns. One of the best UK properties we have stayed in and we would definitely consider booking again in the future.
We have just returned from a wonderful stay here in July 2024. Our family consists of 10 adults and 2 children, ranging in age from 79 to 4 months old. The host met us on our arrival day and was very friendly and helpful. The house had everything that we needed so even if the weather wasn't always great there was still plenty to do. We spent evenings in the bbq hut, hot tub and games room, not to mention just chilling on one of the many sofas in the lounge. The house was everything and more than we were expecting, beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped. It was the perfect house for our big family holiday. Thank you

We have just returned from Parc y Deri from a 7day Easter break. We were eight adults and 6 children we all had a wonderful time made so much better by our lovely host and her two children. They couldn't do enough for us even bringing a miniature horse to meet the children. The house and ground are extensive and beautifully furnished.The only niggle was the number of showers which made getting ready in the morning difficult. What a stunning and well thought out house! We stayed here with 12 adults and 2 dogs over new year and loved every second! All of the rooms are huge and so well suited to have large groups socialising. The hot tub is amazing, we were in there every night singing along to the built in speakers. The games room was another real highlight, spent so many hours playing pool and darts! All the bedrooms really are all equally lovely so there's no squabbling over bedrooms. It rained a lot while we were away so spent a lot of time at the house but a couple of us went on some lovely walks and we drove into the towns near by which was easy. I'd definitely recommend the property and the owner is very responsive and happy to help!

AMAZING HOUSEit made Christmas more magical and weve made some family memories.
