The enclosed garden is brilliant for dogs (you can bring three!) and for summer BBQs. Want to get active? Lake Vyrnwy, Llanrhaeadr Waterfall and mountain biking centres are all nearby. Or just walk straight from the door into hills with mining history dating back to the 1600s.

Inside Ysgubor Pwlliago, you'll find two sitting rooms (both with woodburners), five bedrooms including a family room with king-size bed and single day bed, two en-suites and a main bathroom. Myself and a group of friends stayed at this property to celebrate my 40th birthday and we could not fault it in the slightest. The property was well furnished, the kitchen was well appointed and had all the utensils, pots and pans and cookware you could ever need. The property was extremely clean. The location was perfect with amazing views down the valley and the hot tub perfectly placed perfectly to enjoy the views. I would recommend getting up early and sitting in the hot tub to watch the sunrise, you will not be disappointed! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and have achieved the perfect get away property. Our group have all spoken and have agreed we want to visit again! 1010

Absolutely superb week Mrs Jones dressed the house beautifully for Christmas. A lovely welcome pack was left on the table the bara brith was gorgeous. Nine of us stayed and all found the house comfortable and spacious. A sunny Christmas morning sat in the hot tub looking down the valley drinking Prosecco what more could you want . Would highly recommend this holiday home, the area and the hosts.

We have spent a weekend at this property and have already put a deposit to return next year. We traveled as 3 adults and 5 children and 2 dogs. The property itself was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens to suit all cooking needs. The owners were wonderful and happy to help if needed. They were really friendly to all the kids and we enjoyed chatting to them. They offered the best advise for walks and local sights for us to visit. We can't wait to come back and relax next year

We spent a fabulous weekend here to celebrate my husbands 40th. There were 5 adults, 4 children under 5 and 2 dogs. We had so much space, everything had been thought about and we didnt want for anything. The kitchen was brilliantly well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the huge bath. We also all enjoyed the hot tub the views are spectacular and the photos dont do it justice! Plus the owners are so friendly. If youre looking for somewhere for a big get together then this is the one. Its also close by to some absolutely beautiful places.
What a fabulous place. We recently stayed here for a week 4 generations and 2 dogs!. Plenty of room for everyone. The cottage was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Loads of kitchen equipment, 2 brand new TVs and the hot tub with it's marvellous view was really great. The hosts were lovely and helpful too. Would love to go back!

We had a lovely holiday, the house is well equipped and comfortable. It is in a quiet location and you will not be disturbed by any traffic noise. The hot tub was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the views of the valley. The owners were on hand and they made a lovely Welsh Bara Brith to welcome us into their property. Stopped recently as our first family cottage getaway, didnt know what to expect & we were all presently surprised! We were met with a warm greetings from both our hosts & a tasty Bara Brith!, nothing was too much trouble. The grandkids loved being invited to collect eggs from the chickens, and playing ball with the dog. The house was beautiful, as was the local walks. Loved it. If you like being in the middle of nowhere. I adored it. Log burners, hot tub. Totally stocked kitchen . Enough for me to cook for nine adults easily. Could have had a party. This is the second holiday we have spent here and wont be the last . Ceinwen and her husband Emrys really take pride in looking after this place. such a lovely couple with a good knowledge of the area. could not recommend it more , and the view from the garden stunning.
We had a wonderful stay here with the family. The owners were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much bother for them. The views are absolutely stunning! The house came equipped with everything that we needed and we enjoyed lots of family game nights around the large table in the living room with the log burner on. Would highly recommend this holiday home to any large families.

The photos did not do this property justice the location was spectactularly beautiful! The barn was very well equipped and even with 11 of us 3 dogs we still had plenty of space. Mr & Mrs Jones were so friendly, accommodating and helpful they could not have made us feel more welcome offering us fresh eggs and advice on where to go. The only very small negative would be the mattresses on the beds could do with replacing. But a small price to pay for such a wonderful holiday house location.

A wow when driving up to it, A welcoming homely feel as soon as you walk through the door, extremely Clean throughout and there is everything you need. The views are stunning. The place was exactly as described in the listing. It was beautiful, clean and had everything you couldve needed. The views of the surrounding countryside were amazing and everyone really enjoyed them in the hot tub. The owners were super friendly and were very helpful. 11 of us stayed here for a family 50th wedding anniversary celebration and we all had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this place and hope to be able to come back soon.

We all enjoyed our holiday and found the accommodation excellent. Plenty of room and two sitting rooms meant that everybody could do their own thing. This is a lovely warm holiday house on a working sheep farm great for a friends reunion across all ages. Lots to do locally and plenty of good walking. The owners are very friendly the kids loved seeing the new born collie puppies and we welcomed the emphasis on recycling when using the well equipped kitchen.

An absolute gem of a place. So quiet and peaceful. Everything about our stay was perfect. From the cake we were given on arrival to the utter pleasure we all had in the hot tub. Really easy booking and very comfortable with what felt like everything we needed for cooking and washing etc. Perhaps need to update some of the places to visit, the Craft Centre near Lake Vrynwer was not as open as the information suggested. Overall a fantastic week, enjoyed by everyone!
